Oversees project delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring construction progresses according to programme, drawings and specifications.

Responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades and ensuring works follow programme and safety standards.

Established trade teams delivering complete work packages within an organised construction environment, where the scope is defined and the standards are clear.

Skilled trades professionals carrying out carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, roofing and related residential works to the specified standard.
Technical & Project Coordination

Key responsibilities include: reviewing drawings and technical documentation; coordinating site teams and subcontractors; maintaining the construction programme and sequencing; ensuring compliance with health & safety standards; monitoring quality and workmanship on site; and supporting coordination with architects and consultants.
