THE APPROACH

On a traditional build, the design team and the contractor answer to you separately. When something on the drawings does not work on site, the gap between them becomes your problem, your delay and your cost.
Design & Build closes that gap. We take responsibility for the design and the construction together, so buildability is tested while decisions are still cheap to change, and there is one team to ask when you need an answer.
