High-End Residential Property
Appointed to recover a compromised, inherited build, DSB restored control to a 12,000 sq ft Highland residence - correcting structural failures, completing complex services and delivering an uncompromising high-end finish.

Full House Refurbishment
A sensitive internal refurbishment and extensive landscaping of a 6,500 sq ft contemporary home, recognised for its original architectural design. Bespoke joinery, integrated smart home and audiovisual systems, mechanical and electrical works, glazing and structural alterations are being sequenced around a design that has to be protected, not overwritten.

Whole House Refurbishment
A family home extended on two sides and converted at roof level, then refurbished throughout. A double-storey side extension, a single-storey rear extension and a loft conversion were delivered as one continuous programme, with a new front driveway and a redesigned rear garden completing the work.

Timber Frame Residential Estate
Fifteen bespoke timber-frame homes on a remote site with difficult access and unpredictable weather. We built and ran an on-site timber frame workshop, signed off by a structural engineer, and used prefabricated framing with staged delivery and storage logistics to keep the programme moving.

Period Home Luxury Renovation
A full-scale interior and structural renovation of a period property. The structure, insulation and services were brought up to modern standards while the heritage character of the house was kept intact, with smart automation and sustainable insulation integrated discreetly.

Structural Alteration & Loft Conversion
Load-bearing wall removal, new steel beam installation and a loft build, delivered alongside a thermal envelope upgrade. The result expanded usable living space without giving up efficiency, using precision engineering rather than compromise.

Multi-Unit Residential Conversion
A residential conversion delivered against strict fire, acoustic and occupancy requirements. Compliance drove the sequence from the outset rather than being retro-fitted at the end, and the property was handed over fully compliant and ready for long-term letting.

Long-Term Client Collaboration
An eight-year working relationship with a single client, spanning complex refurbishments and new build developments across several sites. Standards had to hold across very different properties and conditions, in both occupied and vacant homes.
