Our team.
Projects are delivered through coordination, not individuals working in isolation. Ours is a team that is qualified, accountable and experienced in complex residential delivery, organised into four departments with our own trades on site.
OUR DIRECTOR
Daniel Bocancea
Founder, Managing Director & Senior Project Manager
Daniel is the Founder and Managing Director of DSB Premier Construction, with over two decades of hands-on construction and project management experience.
His experience has been built from the ground up. Starting on site and taking every opportunity to learn, he gained practical experience across different trades before progressing into site management and project management, eventually taking responsibility for increasingly complex residential projects.
This hands-on background, combined with years of managing projects, gives Daniel an understanding of construction from different perspectives: from the detail of how something should be built, to the planning, coordination and leadership required to deliver the complete project successfully.
Today, Daniel leads DSB while remaining closely involved in its projects, working alongside clients, architects, consultants and the wider team. His focus is on maintaining the standards the company has been built around: careful planning, clear communication, quality, accountability and always looking for ways to improve.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Economics
- NVQ Level 7, Senior Construction Project Management
- Diploma in Plumbing & Gas Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Installation
- Passive House construction method training
- Continued professional development across traditional construction, timber frame, ICF, SIPs, Building Regulations and modern building systems

2005
Where it started
First hands-on experience in UK construction, learning on site and developing an understanding of the industry from the ground up.
2009
Taking the first step
Beginning to take on independent residential projects, including renovations and extensions.
2013
DSB Premier Construction founded
What started with smaller private projects had developed into a construction business, and DSB Premier Construction Ltd was formally established.
2015–2024
Growing in experience and complexity
Progressing into larger and more complex residential projects, from substantial refurbishments to new-build homes, while continuing to develop the team and the way projects are managed.
Today
Building for what’s next
More than two decades after the journey began, DSB combines hands-on construction knowledge with experienced project management, modern building methods and a trusted team of professionals and trades.

Most of the work is carried out by our own in-house team. Where a project needs a specialist, we only bring in people we already know and have worked with before.
